Chicken Stir-Fry

This dish is a perfectly balanced meal, packed with protein, wholesome carbohydrates, and fresh vegetables. Every bite is bursting with flavor, making it both nourishing and satisfying. You’re going to love this recipe!

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Chicken Breast

16 oz. Brocolli (cleaned and cut)

2 garlic cloves (minced or pressed)

4 medium carrots (cut into slices or matchsticks)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Sauce Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. Ground Ginger

1/3 cup Soy Sauce

1/3 cup Local Honey

1/3 cup Cold Water

3 tsp. Cornstarch

2 cups of Cooked Rice

Sauce Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, add ginger, soy sauce, honey, cold water and cornstarch and stir until well blended.
  • Set aside.

Dish Instructions:

  • Prepare rice and set aside.
  • Clean and prepare vegetables as suggested above.
  • Cut, cube, and cook chicken in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked through.
  • In the pan with the chicken, add the olive oil, garlic, and carrots and cook for 6-8 minutes on medium-high heat.
  • Add the sauce to the pan and cook for 4 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  • Add broccoli to the pan, stir to cover in sauce and cook for 3 minutes to allow broccoli to cook slightly.
  • Serve over prepared rice.
