Each year, we journey to Duluth, Minnesota, to stay at the cottage—a cherished tradition that brings a sense of peace and stirs warm memories from my childhood. Duluth, a city rooted in the shipping industry, holds a unique charm with its rich history and lakeside beauty. This is an absolute must-visit for breakfast. My husband and I have gladly made the five-hour drive just to enjoy a meal here—it’s that good. Their dishes are crafted with fresh, local, and organic ingredients, which undoubtedly sets them apart. The staff is always warm and welcoming, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Be sure to arrive early, though—it’s a popular place, and wait times can reflect just how beloved it is. I would highly recommend the Hash Skillet or the Cinnamon French Toast.
