Chamomile Herbal Tea

Calming Herbal Tea (for relaxation)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
    • 1 tsp dried lavender
    • 1-2 slices fresh ginger
    • Local Honey (optional)
  • Instructions:
    • Boil water and pour over the dried herbs and ginger.
    • Let steep for 5-10 minutes.
    • Add honey to taste, and sip slowly to help calm your body and mind.
    • Chamomile & lavender are known for calming properties, while ginger aids digestion.
