Relaxing Bath Soak

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
    • 1/2 cup sea salt
    • 1/4 cup baking soda
    • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • Instructions:
    • Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    • Add essential oils and mix well.
    • Pour the mixture into your warm bath and relax.
    • Epsom salt can help relax muscles, while lavender promotes a calming effect.
