Egg Salad Sandwiches

This classic favorite never goes out of style! I still find myself craving a creamy, flavorful egg salad sandwich from time to time. Packed with protein and paired with the perfect bread, it’s a simple yet satisfying meal. And as for the age-old debate—Miracle Whip or mayonnaise? I’ll leave that decision up to you!

Ingredients:

6 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika

2 Tbsp. minced Shallots

1 1/2 tsp. Chives

1/4 cup minced Celery

Pinch of Celery Salt ( or regular salt)

1/3 cup Mayo or Miracle Whip

Salt and Pepper to taste

Your bread of choice. My favorite is Brioche.

Instructions:

  • Boil the eggs and allow them to cool.
  • Roughly chop the eggs and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add the eggs and stir well to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Add approximately 1/2 cup of the egg mixture to a piece of bread, spread out evenly, and top with a second piece to form a sandwich.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
