Ingredients:
1 ripe Avacado
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup fresh Chives
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
1/4 cup fresh Basil
3 Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)
Juice of one Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Remove the skin and pit from the avocado and add to a blender
- Add cottage cheese, chives, parsley, basil, garlic and lemon juice to the blender.
- Pulse until blended together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve as a dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies or use to make Avacado Toast.
