Green Goddess Dip

This avocado dip is a creamy and nutritious treat that’s perfect for snacking or entertaining. The addition of cottage cheese not only enhances the texture but also boosts the protein content, making it a satisfying and healthy choice. Whether you’re dipping veggies, chips, or spreading it on toast, this dip is a must-try for avocado lovers!

Ingredients:

1 ripe Avacado

1 cup Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup fresh Chives

1/4 cup fresh Parsley

1/4 cup fresh Basil

3 Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)

Juice of one Lemon

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Remove the skin and pit from the avocado and add to a blender
  • Add cottage cheese, chives, parsley, basil, garlic and lemon juice to the blender.
  • Pulse until blended together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve as a dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies or use to make Avacado Toast.

Alternatively:

  • This recipe can be turned to a dressing by making as directed and adding 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or 1 Tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
