2. Revitalizing Green Tea with Mint

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose-leaf green tea
    • A few fresh mint leaves
    • Honey or lemon (optional)
    • 1 cup hot water
  • Instructions:
    • Brew green tea in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
    • Add fresh mint leaves to the tea while steeping.
    • Strain the tea or remove the tea bag and mint leaves.
    • Add honey or a squeeze of lemon (optional).
    • Green tea with mint offers a boost of energy and is known to aid in digestion.
