Another common condiment that often contains unnecessary dyes and chemicals. Making your own mustard lets you skip the additives and enjoy a pure, homemade version.

** When making this recipe do not use aluminum saucepans or your mustard could taste metallic.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Mustard Seeds (ground in a grinder)

1/2 tsp. Celtic Salt

1/8 tsp. Paprika

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp. Turmeric Powder

1/2 cup Water

Instructions:

  • Grind mustard seeds as suggested above.
