Homemade Ranch Seasoning

Ranch seems to be a seasoning/condiment that people either love or hate. You can use this simple recipe to make a ranch dressing by adding mayo and milk or to flavor dishes that require ranch seasoning. It is quite versatile and tasty.

Ingredients:

1 tsp. Mustard Powder

1 tsp. Dried Dill

2 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tsp. Minced Onion

1 Tbsp. Dried Chives

1 tsp. freshly Cracked Black Pepper

1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a glass jar.
  • Stir or shake the jar to mix the ingredients well.
  • Store in a glass jar with a lid.
  • Shake before use.

Tips:

  • 1 ounce is equal to a sauce packet’s contents when using.

To make Ranch Dressing:

  • Add 1 cup of mayonnaise and 3/4 cup of Whole Milk to a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  • Add 1 Tbsp. of prepared Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
  • Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Taste. Add more Ranch Seasoning if needed and refrigerator for another 30 minutes if desired.
  • If you prefer your dressing runnier, add more milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
