Ingredients:
3 cups Unbleached Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Celtic Salt
3 1/2 Tbsp. Honey
1 (12 oz.) Bottle of Beer of your choice
4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9x3x5 inch bread loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- To a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk together.
- Using a wooden spoon, stir the beer and honey into the dry ingredients until just moist.
- Pour half of the melted butter into the loaf pan.
- Spoon the batter into the pan and pour the rest of the butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown on top.
