Honey Beer Bread

This easy bread recipe is perfect for gatherings! Serve it sliced or cut into cubes with a side of your favorite dip for a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Rich, flavorful, and irresistibly delicious, it’s a homemade treat that’s sure to be a hit at any table.

Ingredients:

3 cups Unbleached Flour

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Celtic Salt

3 1/2 Tbsp. Honey

1 (12 oz.) Bottle of Beer of your choice

4 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a 9x3x5 inch bread loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • To a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk together.
  • Using a wooden spoon, stir the beer and honey into the dry ingredients until just moist.
  • Pour half of the melted butter into the loaf pan.
  • Spoon the batter into the pan and pour the rest of the butter over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Makes 1 loaf.
