Marinated Artichokes

Marinated artichokes add incredible depth to any dish, enhancing your favorite artichoke recipes with their rich, savory flavor. These tender, delicious artichokes are full of Mediterranean-inspired goodness. Give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients:

1 Lemon, Juiced

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avacado Oil

1 tsp. Celtic Salt

1 tsp. freshly cracked Black Pepper

1 tsp. Italian Dressing

2 Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)

14 oz. quartered Artichoke Hearts (drained if using canned)

Instructions:

  • Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian Dressing, and garlic in a Mason Jar or other container with a lid.
  • Close the jar and shake to emulsify the mixture.
  • Remove the lid and add artichokes.
  • Reseal the jar with the lid and shake the container until the artichoke hearts are completely coated.
  • Chill for 1 hour before using or serving.
  • Enjoy!
