Ingredients:
1 Lemon, Juiced
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Avacado Oil
1 tsp. Celtic Salt
1 tsp. freshly cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp. Italian Dressing
2 Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)
14 oz. quartered Artichoke Hearts (drained if using canned)
Instructions:
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian Dressing, and garlic in a Mason Jar or other container with a lid.
- Close the jar and shake to emulsify the mixture.
- Remove the lid and add artichokes.
- Reseal the jar with the lid and shake the container until the artichoke hearts are completely coated.
- Chill for 1 hour before using or serving.
