No-Bake Cheesecake

Cheesecake is my absolute favorite dessert—if given the choice, I will always go for it! This is a classic, no-fail cheesecake recipe that serves as the perfect base. It’s incredibly versatile, allowing you to customize it with fruit toppings, chocolate, or any of your favorite flavors to make it uniquely yours.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/4 cup Melted Butter

1/4 cup Cane Sugar

8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 cup Cool Whip

Fruit topping to top

Instructions:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir the graham crackers and sugar together until mixed well. Pour the melted butter over this mix and toss to coat all crumbs with butter.
  • Pat into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or 8×8 baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese well with a mixer until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix with the mixer until fluffy.
  • Blend in the Cool whip, mixing on high until fluffy.
  • Pour over the crumb crust in the pan and smooth out evenly.
  • Top with your favorite fruit filling/topping or leave plain and refrigerate overnight.
  • Slice, serve, and Enjoy!
