This quick and easy homemade version skips the peppers while still delivering that rich, savory taste we all love. Of course, if you enjoy them, feel free to chop some up and toss them in! Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Chuck
2-3 Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper and Celtic Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Cook the ground chuck thoroughly in a frying pan and drain.
- In a mixing bowl, while the ground chuck is cooking, mix the tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.
- Add the ground chuck back to the pan over medium heat and pour the sauce over the beef.
- Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently and lowering the heat if needed.
