Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Tea
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Instructions:
